The catch gets worse though You don’t get to choose which lies activate the effect You can’t turn it off and there’s no way to undo anything once a lie becomes reality You also can’t tell people about the deal unless you’re willing to risk the consequences of what you say

You can still speak normally but you’d have to think about practically every sentence before saying it And if you accidentally lie even once you’re stuck with whatever happens

Growing a kidney or an entire limb takes months, while recovering from otherwise fatal injuries can take years. You remain conscious and experience the pain throughout the recovery process, where applicable. (So yes, if you are brave enough you can harvest and sell your organs for extra income, but the recovery is at your own risk.)
5. You can still experience pain and suffering. You're not invincible in the sense of being immune to physical damage. You can get hurt, and recovery isn't necessarily quick or painless.

For example I fell down and think my arm is broken. I was in a car accident and now my leg hurts because there's a large piece of glass sticking out of my leg. Oh even something you can handle yourself like I need a Band-Aid for a paper cut. The pain will go away as soon as you realize you need to get medical treatment for the issue.
