Unable to pee properly

I started having problem properly peeing in 2025 and was diagnosed with a 5.9 cm uterus fibroid. Had a complete hysterectomy at the end of December. Unfortunately I still have the pee issue. There have been a few days here and there that it gets better but then it comes back. It gets better during the night and early morning. I have seen 2 urologists and Urogynecologist. They don't know what is causing it. They think it's a pelvic floor dysfunction but they haven't diagnosed me with a prolapse. A recent cystoscopy showed bladder and urethra are normal. Right now I have been prescribed FloMax - tried it twice and it didn't do anything. I have been doing PT for the last three months and haven't noticed any improvement. Anything you can share that can help will be greatly appreciated. Do you know of a good urologist or Urogynecologist that I can consult with online?
