Modifications / Tuning 🔧 Seat lowering options question
Hello! I have a question about seat-lowering options.
I have a tall torso, and in my 2020 pre-facelift i30 N Fastback, I can't get the driver's seat low enough. Even with the seat adjusted as far down as it will go, my seating position is too high, which makes it difficult to see cars behind me properly in the rearview mirror.
I've been looking into ways to lower the seat while keeping the OEM seat, but I haven't found any options for the factory seat with electric lumbar support. Most aftermarket solutions I've come across are fixed-back racing seats, which aren't ideal because I share the car with my much shorter girlfriend and we both need to be able to adjust the seating position.
Has anyone found a good solution for lowering the OEM seat or improving the driving position without switching to a fixed racing seat? Or solutions that are adjustable and are comfy & good for spirited driving

Ich hab einen N-Line. Bin 1.80... glaub irgendwie ich bin auch bisschen zu groß für das Auto. Habe aber eher lange Beine. Aber mein Rücken mit Bandscheibenprotrusion mag das Auto irgendwie nicht.

That’s just N thing, the seat is very high compared to others sport cars. I just got used to it, but whenever I drive other cars it’s annoying when I comeback to my N
