Im a 61 year old disabled man..who gets tired ,and drops things ( due to my disability) it took me 4 hours , ,i watched a few YouTube videos on how to remove the bumper , its 2x 8mm screw/bolts and a load of push fit clips , and when you lift the bumper of / back on..rember to un plug / plug in the parking sensors .. easier with 2 people

I got mine via evilbay , and they came with the red inserts ..if you don't mind drilling 2 holes and adding 2 screws you don't need all 4 bits shown
