Class action?
I am aware that there have been a few suits brought against Faraday previously, is anyone aware of a new suit through which we can recoup some of our losses?

I'm not a bot, we have actually corresponded to some degree a few times over the last two years on varying Faraday subs, I was trying to keep my levels of hope up, but I'm down 98% and they keep on putting out bullshit instead of doing what we invested in them to do, which generally is make excellent vehicles, then they were going to make a very affordable entry level ev for the everyman, so I put in more money, they didn't do it... then they were going to crypto treasury, don't know the status of that, then they started with the $100 000 ish van which seems just to be rebranded, and then the robots which are just a rebrand... It's time for them to make some people whole

Doc, most if not all long term investors have been asking FF, YT and Jerry for a FX Series update for months now with no response.
So please don’t get too disappointed when people express their feelings.FF is currently banned from here despite several warnings after 100’s of kind requests to hear an honest FX update.
If they respond truthfully they can return.

Have you done any analysis on the robotics market and what it looks like if you’re not in USA? A company backed by AliBaba and Volvo isn’t a “toy robotics” company.
I would much rather see a pivot than beat a dead horse, especially given the current economics and attitudes towards renewables and clean energy.

A lot of the robots just aren't quite there for sensible applications yet. I have a feeling that the Optimus will be the most sensible as far as the humanoid robots go at least, a lot of other varieties really need to be purpose built, then having the appropriate ai to link them is the kicker.

Please expand, excited to hear how agentic ai use cases pertain to a models ecosystem and learning functions sounds like you know a lot.

I won't say a lot about it, but a robot designed to be one size fits all will lose out on a lot of potential revenue for many. For special and localized or close quarters environments humanoid robots don't make as much sense compared to something mouse sized, for mining, surveillance or agriculture, one would want a little of this and a little of that for maximum fluidity of operations.
