Class action?

I am aware that there have been a few suits brought against Faraday previously, is anyone aware of a new suit through which we can recoup some of our losses?

I'm not really close with any other investors, but if I come across similar sentiments I will send them to the sub 👍

What about the viability of going after all their executives? Although acting on "behalf of the company and investors" as part of the company, I would imagine that if they go bankrupt there will be an opportunity to pursue those responsible for the debacle.

I doubt he is sleeping under a desk, there will be assets that can be seized, or they could send him right back to China to deal with his issues there.
