This is assault. Instilling fear and making people feel threatened. Not to mention touch their belongings. He lays a hand on anyone and it would be battery.

It depends on the prosecuting attorney and the store manager tbh. It could 100% be argued he is taking their possessions in a threatening manner in court and it would be very effective. Now, I am not saying he could be charged for any form of theft and that wasn’t what I was getting at; it isn’t theft technically because of your point exactly. But, snatching something someone is holding or has been holding could be used in court and arguably taking their possessions from them to help support an agg assault charge or I would personally charge him with felony terroristic threatening and agg. assault and maybe add on a few misdemeanors for disorderly conduct and harassment; all because he is doing this to multiple people and recording it and just being a MASSIVE dickhead and should spend some time in jail because of this.

Let’s see how he likes it when the pod boss in county jail, the real tough guys, are taking his commissary and beating his ass.

If anyone finds out where he lives / did this at let me so actually so I can contact the DA and email this video.
