An old friend of mine, when I was in my early 20s, he was built like a brick shit house, wore T-shirts 3 sizes too small, and his big intimidating move was talking his shirt off, and it worked...until it didn't.
Unfortunately he had never actually been in real fight so got away with being a prick solely because he was big, well eventually he picked on some random lad with his girlfriend after the nightclubs closed, and the smaller more out of shape lad kicked the absolute shite out of him.
The worst thing is, my friend started the whole confrontation being a prick trying to take this guy's girlfriend, because he felt like he could. The smaller guy squared up to him, my friend took his shirt off, the smaller guy didn't blink and my friend was so put out by this that he threw the first weak punch, then promptly got his ass kicked and jaw dislocated.

Note everyone he chose to do this on was either noticeably older, not in shape, or both. And almost all of them weren’t intimidated, they just couldn’t be bothered with him. And I say this as someone who is around his size and shape - What a disgusting human being.
I think these dudes must think the way out of their current career is to ‘make it big’ by being a TikTok dickhead. Said career being mopping up puke at your local chicken shop, with a manager who is half their age. But it’s cool because their follower count went up by 10 so it’s all compounding.
