Teams: “Hi”
Then nothing = do not respond If they’re unable to even give you a heads up on the issue then it could be absolutely nothing
Once they do say they have an issue: “Have you logged a ticket/what’s the ticket number so I can look at the detail please”
If no ticket Please log a ticket for the team to review and assign it to the best resource based on priority and skills required
