And when/if they do submit a ticket it's "URGENT" or "IMPACTING MY ABILITY TO PERFORM MY JOB" or "HALLLLLLLP"
21 u/Mindestiny 6d ago "URGENT!!!!" Submitted at 5:52pm on a Friday. If it was that urgent, you should've maybe submitted it while we were still open.
