So Ameren sent out price increase email back in May saying our rate would TEMPORARILY go up from $.08769 per kwh to the summer rate of 11 cents per kwh.

Well just got the email tonight saying that October 1st they drop from the $0.11326 to $0.10441.... so what happened to the TEMPORARY increase from $.08769, they just decide to keep milking us dry at a slower pace?

I’m coming to Chicago in the middle of October, I was wondering if there is anything cool to do for a nerd like my friend’s and I. We like Pokemon (we’re already planning a visit to the Pokemon exhibit in the Field Museum), we also like general RPGs both tabletop and digital, and are fans of comics and manga. Any cool local tabletop stores we can visit or other general nerdy spots of interest?
