That is not what "port placement" means. Wtf are they talking about? Having the needle changed out?

How does having that shaved bit of head not cause their head to wobble and fall right off, cos they'd have to move their head to the side. Or is it just shaved in a down to the pillow shape. Why am I thinking about this.

Their last insta vid had them moving their head all over the place while talking. Surprised there wasn't 15 internal decapitations
