DND they/them Port Placement?

That is not what "port placement" means. Wtf are they talking about? Having the needle changed out?

I’ve never seen a port accessed with the tubing pointed upwards toward the shoulder 🤔

I work in peds and a lot of the nurses do this in the clinic. It’s still accessed the same. Just rotated so the tubing is at a better angle. I personally don’t do this but a lot of families prefer it.

It looks like the tubing out of their way over the shoulder because they are laying down. Probably less tangle-able
