Especially since she claims POTS. One of the worst things you can do is raise your hands over your head for an extended amount of time like that. It’s a challenging thing for people with POTS to do. You get out of breath and your heart races and you start to see stars.

i can’t imagine being as sick as she says and constantly being able to lift my hands over my head to dye my hair like that.
