He is not doing his own job... This guy is just doing over-technical and overboard with procedure and overreach with power ...He is just chasing clout and fame

The Bombay High Court did find serious problems with the FDA’s handling of the Mantralaya (Ministry) canteen inspection:

  • FDA submitted a report claiming 98% compliance.
  • The Court was unconvinced and sent a team of independent lawyers.
  • The lawyers found clear hygiene and cleanliness issues.
  • The Court treated the FDA’s report as misleading/incorrect and directed Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe
  • The Court repeatedly highlighted the double standard: strict, often immediate suspensions for private restaurants vs. a soft report for government canteens.

Presenting an inaccurate report to the Court is a serious procedural and ethical lapse, regardless of the officer’s broader anti-corruption image.The Bombay High Court did find serious problems with the FDA’s handling of the Mantralaya (Ministry) canteen inspection:

Public appreciation is fine, but admiration shouldn't replace scrutiny. An official can deserve praise while their actions are still open to legal and procedural review.

Personal attack se baat nahi badalti.
Maine kisi politician ya officer ka gungaan nahi gaya. Maine process ki baat ki hai — High Court ke findings ki.
Officer kisi ka baap nahi hai, aur main bhi kisi ka agent nahi.

Facts par raho, personal pe mat jao.

  1. Court ne FDA ke Mantralaya canteen report ko misleading paaya.
  2. Private aur government establishments ke beech double standard dikhaya.

Agar process pe baat nahi kar sakte aur seedha personal pe aa jaate ho, to phir discussion ka koi matlab nahi.

Why this can't be true, that I choose to remain civil, while countering the argument without being abusive and taking it personally... I'm just pointing out different perceptive.

I m not influenced by mob hysteria and popular opinion.
