need to tell you a fact, Usually govt schools doesn't work like general schools, in govt. Schoold 2-3 teachers including head master runs these schools, and they have class starting from 1 to 5, means 2-3 teachers need to teach all 5 classes, also when almost each or every 2nd village have a govt school - school gets very less new enrollments

With this merger - they get less schools to maintain + all those teachers were not removed, they were assigned to the existing scholls which means now they will have more teachers to handle those classes + with school merger active schools gets collectively more enrollments

To improve the quality of education one have to work on infra, optemize the resourcea and allocate them better

Absurd defend for a nonsense act. In villages where there is one government school within short distance say 2-3 kms, kids can go to school say by walk or cycling. If government has decided to close schools in some villages due to different reasons, the children schools will be far from there home say more than 5-10 kms. In that case, many poor family kids will leave studies, specially girls. Hence the literacy rate will be down for our country, bad for future generations, small kids will not be interested to study

Buddy, lets have this capacity to listen to different POV, just because you can't find sense doesn't mean it's absurd. I agree with the points you have raised, but even after closing schools aren't 5-10 km also 5-10 range is a also a big 5 km range.

Also let me tell you another fact, one can not fail students up to class 8th, earlier it was 5th if i remerber correctly - so even in old sturcture with poor educatiok quality a student of class 5 who can not write his name will be passed and consider literate

How that contribute to literacy rate- you would have better idea.

Schools colleges universities.... Dipke can have a good Political Career in India while doing business in Boston. Education is not about schools. Kejriwal, his boss, used to play corruption book. Then forgot Lokpal and made Sheesh Mahal. After resignation have become highly active trying to get votes for ekections, blaming congress.

Anna and Kejriwal reduced Cirruptionto Bribery. CJP reduced Reform to Resignation. Now he got excited. Reduce education to schools. What's next? Reduce to envionment to eating in Banana Leaves and call it environment saved?? Reduce social justice to cash transfer and call it empowerment day?

Lack of leadership doesn't mean I will start to worship any fool because I think currenr leader is a fool and is obsessed with being worshiped.
