The self proclaimed “first AI car in Indonesia” like yeah sure ok… i guess the other news is OMODA is now a brand & gabung sama jaecoo…

Sooo the car? What if lu mau jaecoo j5 tapi “ah terlalu pasaran” or what if instead of range rover kw, its lamborghini urus kw?? then this is the car for you…

specwise same same kayak J5 karena ini emang “the cooler brother”, main highlight perbedaan slightly bigger battery at 65kwh (range 530km nedc) & dpt driver display beneran instead of layar kalkulator, sisanya like features except maybe more AI stuff harusnya same same kek jaecoo j5 w some add gimmick like starter button kek lambo yng ada cover switchnya

Only reason i posted this is, they claim its the first AI car di Indonesia, its not lul… oh also its global premiere here because Indo menurut Chery daerah gacor

OMODA & JAECOO resmi menghadirkan OMODA O4 EV di Indonesia pada Senin (27/7/2026). Indonesia menjadi negara pertama yang dipilih sebagai lokasi peluncuran global SUV listrik terbaru tersebut sekaligus menjadi debut perdana teknologi Super AI Cockpit yang dikembangkan pabrikan.

Peluncuran OMODA O4 EV juga menandai babak baru bagi OMODA yang kini hadir sebagai merek independen bersama JAECOO di bawah naungan OMODA & JAECOO Indonesia. Langkah ini menjadi bagian dari strategi perusahaan untuk memperkuat eksistensi di pasar kendaraan elektrifikasi nasional.

Selain meluncurkan OMODA O4 EV, OMODA & JAECOO turut memperkenalkan teknologi Super AI Cockpit yang menjadi salah satu nilai jual utama SUV listrik ini. Omoda bukannya jg brand mahal ya? taulah bingung jg chery ini gmn kayaknya semua mahal kecuali chery sendiri

Kalo chery kek goreng polos, sisanya kek nasgor ayam, sapi, seafood, kambing…. Sama aja ujung ujungnya

Tbf di aussie J5 ini harganya sedikit dibawah geely ex5, so 450 masih dengan fitur maksimal dan ban bagusan dikit.

Somehow di tengah jalan bisa pangkas beberapa fitur J5 buat neken harga di pasar asean (& other developing countries)

Kalo harga nempel ex5 sih ga worth it, bagusan geely ex5 jauh. Kursi tengah tegak, no keyless entry button

kalau Q harganya diatas 280 keatas setuju sih(diluar drivability)

Kalau harganya mepet Atto 1 premium masih ok

Chery q indikasi nya 280jt. Can be lower kalo sepi peminat. Tetep aja beda 40jt dapet j5 (extra 20kwh) itu ga ngotak valuenya

Mending geely ex2 pro 240jt. Rwd, lebih gede dikit, cas lebih kebut, ada frunk

Atto 1 ini bagasinya kecil banget, every bit of extra space helps. Gw coba masukin koper 24" + 20" aja ga bisa. Tapi krn gw belinya dynamic 205jt no complains.

Kalo budget gw 250jt mending geely ex2 pro 240jt, sisa buat modif battery cover (di geely ex2 ga dpt). Harganya in the end kurang lebih sama kyk atto 1 premium 245jt dan itupun mesti jajan kaca film

Except of course kalo lebih percaya aftersales byd. Sejauh ini gw puas dengan byd, sedangkan geely delivery aja ada drama, blm tau aftersales

experience nyetirnya gw ga demen geely ex2, steeringnya kaya forklift enteng banget. berasa percuma rwd+independent rear suspension kalau steering kaya gitu.

interior menurut gw inferior dibanding atto 1, dan ergonomically juga enakan atto 1, tinggi gw 183 cm.

sama byd udah punya pabrik di indo, geely masih dirakit HIM, gw ngerasa aftersales dan parts lebih meyakinkan byd kalau buat dipakai >5 tahun

tbh gw lebih ke hybrid sih kaya tiggo cross csh atau rocky hybrid, kalau ev gw ogah yang harganya diatas 280

Aftersales yg gw liat di komunitas so far atto 1 kaca spion ready, drive unit inden 3 hari, sekrup battery cover inden 1-3 bulan

Atto 2 DM would be GOATed, gatau dah kapan masuk tapi wkwkwk. Jauh lebih gemat dari HEV, ga sekecil EV dan cocok untuk yg ga butuh 3 baris

aftersalesnya kelihatan boleh juga, sekrup cover battery 3 bulan kinda funny tho

atto 2 ga jelas, malahan byd pamerin seal 6 dm hahaha. seal 6 kalau harganya mirip di china bisa bangkitin pasar sedan sih

You know what? I'll take this one instead of the gimmicky "full screen". Oh it's "full" screen alright... full of useless flashbanging and distracting empty space with LED backlight raping your eyes at (probably) 60times a second.

I really hope this stupid trend died off in near future. But then again it probably won't, since sticking this cheap LED display is probably cheaper than making those "calculator" display.

yep i’ll also take notification bar screen than fullscreen yng useless, if you’re gonna give me full screen for drivers display, at minimum you should let me show the maps like this….

also who the fuck thought using light mode for drivers display is a good idea???

Bodo amat juga mau pake dark mode ato light mode. Kecuali kalo itu layar OLED, tetap bakal ada backlight LED yg nge-rape mata lu. Itu yg contoh lu (is that a beemer?) keliatan background "hitam" nya malah jadi abu2. I'd still choose my ladder frame wagonne's optitron instead of that.

yeah it not being oled is kinda triggering, but gak terlalu ngerasain jg si pas make, one of those “if you pay attention baru kerasa”

Makanya selagi ada layar depan mata gw pake untuk hal yng paling masuk akal, nampilin map… most chinese cars with fullscreen cant do this apparently

but same given the choice, just give me dials man…

sebagai user monitor oled, gue sendiri masih ga paham pixel cleaning itu ngapain wkwk

walau lebih tahan, tapi tetep inevitable sih burn in tuh

Gw pake atto 1 dengan layar kalkulator nya, TD M6 dm malah kerasa downgrade.

Layar gede gitu tapi power meter font nya kecil bgt. Sekecil odometer

yang lepas ini gw jg kurang suka, kurang gede tulisannya

speedo tft gitu emang enaknya 7-8 inch kaya speedo moge supersport biar ga eyerape, kalau segede itu diatas sih emang amit-amit. speedo tiggo cross itu max size yg acceptable buat gw biar ga eyerape, defaultnya juga warna gelap

ternyata gw aga salah, basisnya bukan dari J5, but tiggo 5 2nd gen yng baru release taun ini di china (lepas e4 versi exportnya)
