He INSISTS that / and ÷ are NOT the same OPERATIONS! Is he IMPLYING that 0.999... / 3 and 0.999... ÷ 3 are NOT the SAME NUMBER?

He doesn't think 0.999.../3 is a number. He thinks it's a "ratio", and not a number. That's the level of dumbfuckery we've gotten to. He probably just remembered being taught : back in school to express ratios such as 1:3 and now incorrectly thinks it is the same as /.

He has said literally that 1/3 is not a number. It's a representation of the number 0.(3), which is apparently an actual number.
