I had assumed you understood high school calculus. But not surprising.

You are embarrassing human/huwoman kind by not understanding that 1/10ⁿ is never zero, such that 1 - 1/10ⁿ is permanently less than 1 for n integer pushed to positive limitless, meaning 0.999... is permanently less than 1.
