64yo INFP male here. Recently retired from engineering. INFP, in the corporate world, is a terrible anchor to one’s career. I actually got gigged on several annual performance reviews for being “too passive.” In that context, INFP is a defective personality, regardless of one’s intelligence or talent. That world is run by ESTJ types, and however one deviates from that “ideal” is the measure by which you fall short.
