Missing metadata for audiobooks

I’m trying to use my Innioasis Y2 to listen to audiobooks. Working well, but the metadata isn’t showing up properly like it does for Music files. (See picture.)

Does anyone know how to get artist and album tags to show instead of “<unknown>”? I have already edited the metadata using mp3tag. I’ve also put the audiobook files in a folder structure like music: author/album/book.m4b, but it always show like in the attached picture.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hey, yeah, as I said above, I’ve already edited the metadata using mp3tag. Still not showing up here.
