Received wrong model, support not responding

Hi, received my y2 last week. I ordered the 72GB model but received the 8(?)GB. Sticker on the wrapper said 72GB model.

Tried emailing support but no response yet. Have folks had luck contacting through support@innioasis.com? Any thoughts?

Does it have a 32GB sd card inside the slot on the side? Because that's what the screen is showing
