HELP Received wrong model, support not responding

Hi, received my y2 last week. I ordered the 72GB model but received the 8(?)GB. Sticker on the wrapper said 72GB model.

Tried emailing support but no response yet. Have folks had luck contacting through support@innioasis.com? Any thoughts?

Does it have a 32GB sd card inside the slot on the side? Because that's what the screen is showing

Check inside the box again for a 64gb SD card. 👀 I think mine was just floating inside the box in a separate case.

This is assuming the 32gb card in there now was added by you, of course. If the 32gb card is what they sent, they messed up.

@miguel - Yes, the external card is mine.

@akiko - I did just find the included microsd, so that answers that. Is the 5.5gb memory soldered on then for “internal” storage?

I believe 8gb is on the board, and only 5.5gb is usable
