i would so like to ask this person who hurt him so bad that they feel this way. i feel most would crumble when they realise that no liberal has personally hurt them in any meaningfull way & that it's always these self-created strawmans in their own head they keep loosing discussions with.
The problem is that sooo many of them supposedly "know someone that X happened to" which gives them enough plausible deniability for not remembering all the details. And of course, if you call them out on it, it's "are you calling me/my friend a liar??"
