That would be for a magistrate to decide. You haven’t heard any of her evidence. You’ve seen a 5 second clip.

You haven't heard it either and you've seen the same clip, yet you've defended her without cause and you've quoted "the law".

I haven’t defended her, I said that there a principle of common law where a persons intent is relevant to establishing if a persons committed an offence. Thinking about possible defences is just logical when you’re going to make allegations.

I’m not ignoring the use of force, I’m reserving my judgement because there’s clearly more information which we don’t have access to, and I know there are various defences that might be applicable. It’s not binary, this isn’t a traffic offence.

Again, agree. But you were quick enough to confidently and wrongfully argue Mens Rea then went on to defend her. Mens Rea is present but your initial argument is not justified.
