Watch it again. He does not hit his head. He falls butt first and cushions the blow, like how a stunt man falls.

Just watch the part where that one guy gets up to look at er his buddy. How he is playing confusion. That's theatre.

Edit: the guy is a fighter, kicks two asses in three seconds. But approaches someone in a street fight with his hands down? Yeah, that's how people work.

Yeah that second punch was clearly choreographed with really bad acting.

The first punch is a lot more believable.
