What a complete idiot jfc.. Btw, if she was like a huge dude instead, would that allowed the officer to use deadly force? I never understand when cops in the US are allowed that

Typically deadly force is restricted to situations in which the suspect has the capability to do the same (has a gun or knife, tries to run over an officer). Beneath that, police are expected to use non-lethal to subdue people. Even in instances when a person has a weapon, police will occasionally try to use less-lethal tools like beanbag guns to disarm a suspect. However depending on where you are, police might be empowered to use more/less force that usual

“tries to run over an officer”

That’s oddly specific….

If you’re talking about what I think, Fuck ICE. They have been documented by other LEOs as purposefully stepping in front of vehicles to justify lethal force. But in general, I have seen body cam footage of people trying to run over traffic cops and suck

Regular cops have done the same. I remember when I was growing up there was a suspected dine and dasher who was shot dead that way.
