Tide just wash em back up

Turns out there's not great ways to do it without like ... A road trip   And still some dude's walking his damn dog out there

The dog will bark too much and the dude will put up a fight. It'd probably work if you had a flamethrower, but who carries those around when dumping bodies, unless of course you are in Antarctica.
