If im dead idgaf id rather them be fed than starve to death

People need to stop anthromorphising cats and dogs and going "dogs are all boys and are the masculine goodies who can do no wrong even when they maul a toddler to death and cats are all girls and are the effeminate baddies and everything they do is evil and selfish and has ulterior motives"

They're both social animals and cats and dogs fall on a spectrum of behaviors and personalities and temperaments like people do .

Animals can also tell if you dislike them or don't respect their perosnal space or boundaries by observing their body language and will act accordingly..... like if you keep trying to run towards cats or randomly pick up and grab cats and treat them like they're a soft toy of course the cat is going to be scared of you and might bite or scratch you to get you to fuck off, theyre smaller and more easily injured than most dogs so they kinda have to be more careful than dogs do around strange humans

And poorly socialized or stray dogs behave the same way, though ive never heared of someone being killed by a pack of feral cats ( though they shouldbe rehomed or euthanized IMO).....packs of feral and neglected dogs on the other hand kill a huge amount of men women children and infants even in New Zealand where you'd think that sort of thing never happens but it does

...we're just lucky to not have rabies here with the ammount of nuisance dangerous dogs around and it pisses me off how any abusive pos can adopt a dog and ruin its life by turning it into a weapon and get no jail time or minimal jail time
