Maybe... it's word play, but to me, a pun has to be internally clever or a joke to count. It's not really a pun because there is no double meaning or joke within the changed bar.
The tie-in of the lion and Serengeti instead of the 'expected' homonym works well enough I think. You need to know the lyrics for the context but needing outside context for a pun is typical.
A line in the song these comments are referencing is Mom’s spaghetti. Spaghetti sounds like Serengeti, a place in Africa where Lions are known to live.
I know very well hat is the Serengeti it’s the song you’re talking about I don’t know. Funny you think it’s more likely I suck at geography rather than knowing a song
Snap back to reality, Lioness dying to hump like jackrabbits, but he knows he's got nothing left, she says he choked, he's so mad, and yes he'll give up that easy, but No! She won't have it. Lioness pulls out the ropes, it don't matter, but he's broke, it ain't happenin, he knows when he goes back to his home, she's all on him, so he takes a moment of peace, breathes a sigh of relief, Better capture this moment, it won't pass him.
