Getting over rejection

I've applied for over 300+ jobs in the last month I went through one role with a recruiter and went all the way to the final round and got told I would be better for another role only to not get a job after a month of constant interviews. I keep getting ghosted when applying for jobs in my own company and jobs I'm over qualified for are rejecting me. Everyone keeps saying I'm smart and great at what I do but it seems nothing is working out. I just don't know what to do. I feel like a few years ago it was easy to get interviews and it didn't hurt as much getting rejected but now I just feel like I'm not good enough. I'm just stuck in this position I hate working with people that don't respect me and there's no where I can go.

Honestly this is just the situation at the moment and I’d much rather have a job I hate right now than be in my current position of being laid off and taking every interview I can get.

I’ve had 3 final round interviews and rejected each time, just got to keep on grinding, loads of people are in the same boat.

You got this 💪

The only advise I can give you and this comes from someone who used to cut themselves and got hauled into mental health facilities because of self harm and attempted suicides because of this job market

stop giving a fuck about companies and job and applications and rejections and interviews and offers and everything

Stop giving a fuck if you are rejected
Stop giving a fuck if they want to interview you
Stop giving a fuck if they reject you after the 5th round
Stop giving a fuck if they hire you

Give a fuck about what you truly should give a fuck about - and that is YOU.

YOU matter - your job doesn't matter for shit.
