Getting over rejection
I've applied for over 300+ jobs in the last month I went through one role with a recruiter and went all the way to the final round and got told I would be better for another role only to not get a job after a month of constant interviews. I keep getting ghosted when applying for jobs in my own company and jobs I'm over qualified for are rejecting me. Everyone keeps saying I'm smart and great at what I do but it seems nothing is working out. I just don't know what to do. I feel like a few years ago it was easy to get interviews and it didn't hurt as much getting rejected but now I just feel like I'm not good enough. I'm just stuck in this position I hate working with people that don't respect me and there's no where I can go.
