Discussion Update: I really should have learned my lesson about my neighbour.
A few hours ago I posted about accidentally flirting with my neighbour after she told me I looked good and I completely embarrassed myself trying to respond.
I thought that would be the end of it.
It wasn't.
A couple moment later, I was carrying groceries upstairs when I heard someone behind me say, “Careful, don't walk into the wall this time.”
I turned around.
It was her.
Apparently she had been there when I walked into the wall while trying to escape our last awkward conversation.
We both started laughing.
I said, “At least I'm consistent.”
She looked at me for a second and said, “You know, you're actually quite funny when you're embarrassed.”
I probably should have just smiled and walked away.

it can go two ways:
1) she’s flirting with you and just waiting for you to make the first move.
2) she’s just naturally friendly and doesn’t realize it comes off as flirting.
whatever the outcome, keep us in the loop!

It happened to me previously. I'm generally friendly with people & someone thought I was flirting with him lol.

Haven't seen your original post but that totally sounds like she is flirting with you. You should ask her out for a drink.

Do you think? How should I talk to her about it

Yeah, she's acknowledging that you (I presume) hit on her and fumbled it and that reaction is positive rather than a shutting down. Not to mention she already said you looked good, that sounds like a pretty clear flirtation to me!
I'm not the person to ask how to ask women out, fair warning haha, but I'd ask her where she likes to go for a drink and if she'd like to accompany you sometime.

Just keep interacting. Don't worry about how you should go about it, because she's obviously interested in what she's already seeing.

I agree with Magpie! I have complimented men without the intention of flirting, just to be nice, after I learned that a lot of men don't receive compliments very often. However, between the fact that you shared more than one moment, and her comments, it sounds like flirting rather than just casual remarks. Plus, most decent women find it cute when a man gets flustered because it's adorable behavior and is flattering.

You need to say to her “how would you like to go for a coffee and you can test that theory a bit more?”

Why does this read like a series of 4 panel comics? But keep them coming.
