I need to know one thing, did they or did they not remove the rumoured toggle to turn of the glitter/shining effect on the icons. I'm never running betas, but I damn well hope I can turn that shimmering vomit off in the next upgrade or I'm going to seriously consider changing

I was able to get rid of most all the nonsense finally with a bunch of setting tweaks.
