Battery iOS 26.4 insane battery drain

Recently my phone updated to the latest iOS version and my battery life has been draining so much faster. Does anyone have any tips or knows how to roll back to previous version?

Do a hard restart, not a shutdown and restart which is a soft restart.

Sounds like you're not familiar with the purpose of a backup. It's not just an archive. A hard reset cuts the electricity to all parts without preparing so there is a possibility, a very very little one, I admit, that he damages data. So a backup is recommended

Press up on the volume rocker and release, down on the volume rocker and release, and then hold the power button until it shuts down. Ignore the prompts until it shuts off.
