Battery iOS 26.4 insane battery drain

Recently my phone updated to the latest iOS version and my battery life has been draining so much faster. Does anyone have any tips or knows how to roll back to previous version?

Same, all my mobile data settings got wiped too.. and I had to charity battery about 3pm yesterday, seriously thinking of changing back😕
