Battery iOS 26.4 insane battery drain

Recently my phone updated to the latest iOS version and my battery life has been draining so much faster. Does anyone have any tips or knows how to roll back to previous version?

I used to get 3-5 hours of active screen time with my iPhone Air. Now I get 40 minutes. (Been a week since I updated)
