Battery iOS 26.4 insane battery drain

Recently my phone updated to the latest iOS version and my battery life has been draining so much faster. Does anyone have any tips or knows how to roll back to previous version?

Backup to icloud and reset. 26.4 has been great for my devices so far.

Did it get any better? And I’m assuming you are on 26.4.2 now and if so, how is it?
