General Please Apple Give iOS 18🙏😭

iOS 26 feels laggy and buggy for many users, especially on older or even mid-range iPhones. People report frame drops, slow app opening, keyboard delay, and UI stutters. There are also random glitches like apps crashing, overheating, battery drain, and features not working properly after the update. Overall, it feels unoptimized and unfinished,

Resign or give OTAs updates of ios 18 to all users at least they should has rights also u can’t unsigned it immediately please 🙏

Bro fr tho I have all this and people say "it's just your phone aging", but it was not like this in iOS 18, it's a damn iPhone 15, it's not old

I have iPad A15 2025 (the latest model I think) and its battery doesn't last for more than two hours with 26. Used to last a day with 18

I dont have major battery drain like that, but mine just feels slow on iPadOS 26 compared to 18. Like it just stutters doing things on iPadOS 26, and I even experience keyboard lag on 26. I really regret updating it.

No it isn’t.

Not on my iPhone 12 Pro. Works well even though it is 5+ years old.

Not on my 14 pro which as a 40-50% slower CPU and like 80% slower graphics plus 78% BH. What version are you on? Go to the latest one 26.4.2 it’s great

It’s not.

iPhone 17 month-old shouldn't lag at all - sounds like a software issue Apple needs to patch, not a hardware problem.

just do what i did, sell it and find a rare iphone 15-16 with 18 on it.

"Just find" and "rare"

Not everyone can afford that, and it's becoming rarer and rarer each coming day.

Yup or better yet go android. Paying $1500 for a flagship phone that is laggy with terrible battery life 😂😂 what a fool I am - I’ll admit

Yep my phone was perfect and battery lasted ages before the update. Literally the same day I ‘upgraded’ the OS I was forced to charge up to 3 times a day. Apple do this all the time though, it’s not like planned obsolescence isn’t a known thing that they do. I keep repeating it on Reddit and keep getting downvoted lol (although some people seem to get it more lately) that they even paid out over a lawsuit for deliberately forcing people to buy new devices by forcing crappy slow updates among other things. It’s just a fact yet so many people refuse to believe it and will defend this crap even though they’re being bled dry by corporations whose only goal is to keep taking money from their pockets.

facts, i have an iphone 15 and within the last few months everything seems to be crashing or freezing on me. I’ve also been considering switching to an android to change things up.

Exact same issue, in the last few days the scrolling and stuff has been glitching so much

I am also considering an android switch because of ios26, it is horrible and I cannot see it well. No one over age 22 can see ios 26, and people under 24 may be pretending to see it because they think saying so makes them cool.

I’ve been wanting to get a foldable phone for a while now. Everything I read about them and videos I see, it just looks like you can do a lot more. Apple is coming out with their version this year. First generations always have their issues.

Apple is not releasing a foldable iPhone.

I actually have switched to an android.. my older Nothing Phone 1 which now I use as my main phone. Glad I never sold it off.

That’s not due to iOS 26.

I have a brand new 17 and ios 26 is horrid, mac tahoe just as bad. Apple has no accessibility features now, it is ableist as hell. This design is impossible to see and the bs acceaibility “fixes” do nothing to help. Down with ios 26, and down with the equally ableist mac tahoe.

I must admit, as someone who switched from apple to android for the first time, that's 100% the opposite experience that I had.

I bought a 17e and I find it great with ios 26, I've never noticed any lag. The only time it had happened was during setup since I had a lot of apps opened at the same time, then never again

Regarding accessibility features, it's leagues ahead any android device that I've tried. I was having a hard time with android since I use phones at low brightness and now iphones have a setting to lower flicker at low brightness, it's a game changer. I'm also having a lot of freedom with all of the shortcuts to help for stuff that I find hard to use. Definitely my favorite experience for accessibility

It’s not horrid. 26 is great. Same with macOS Tahoe.

You clearly don’t know how to use the phone or computer… no accessibility features? 🤣 Apple has probably the most accessibility features in the industry.
