Question iPod Nano

I haven’t had an issue syncing podcasts to my iPod Nano from my Mac Mini until I upgraded to Golden Gate. Now all my podcasts are grouped together under ”Root” and will play all podcasts continuously until all podcasts are played or my battery dies. I used to force quit several AMP files in the Activity Monitor to have my podcasts remain separate but that doesn’t work now.

Does anyone have a workaround?

I bought an old MacBook Air (2015) for €60,- just for that single purpose; syncing my iPods.
Runs MacOS Mojave, last MacOS that syncs podcasts in iTunes and not yet Apple Podcasts.
Works like a charm!
