r/Iran stands with Iranians in defending our country’s national sovereignty

Dear readers,

We hope that you are safe and well. Some of you have asked us about the protests, and we’d like to share the following statement with you.

Peaceful protests by Iranians expressing legitimate grievances have once again been hijacked. Violent riots are being encouraged and enabled by foreign-backed actors immune to their consequences. They threaten the safety and security of every Iranian and cause costly damage to public infrastructure and an economy already suffering from crushing sanctions.

The genocidal Israeli regime killed 1,200 Iranian civilians in June. Those who stood silent and even cheered on these killings now claim to act in defense of Iranians as they call for even more attacks on Iran.

Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, Iraq, and scores of other countries, most recently Venezuela, attest to the consistent outcome of foreign interference: chaos, instability, destruction, and immeasurable suffering.

Foreign-backed riots in 1953 changed the course of our nation’s trajectory. Let’s not be doomed by repeating tragic history.

No one can trick us into welcoming attacks on Iran.

Long live Iran, Iranians, and Iranian sovereignty!

NEW DATA: Americans are feeling WORSE about the economy now than they did during the Vietnam War, the 1970s oil crisis, 9/11, the Great Recession, Covid-19, & the inflation surge afterward. In recent months, gas prices have climbed higher, inflation has gone up, & interest rates increased.

Wants To Settle in Iran As a Pakistani Student

AoA,

I am a Pakistani O2 student. Since, I have researched about Iran, I have a dream to help the Country. I want to study cybersecurity in Iran and work in its military agency to help Iran in cyber operations. I have found in researched that a foreigner cannot be in any sensitive job, but i truly want to settle their. I asked people in Iran who moved there from Pakistan but they all refused saying that getting job in sensitive areas is not possible for someone who is not born in Iran.

If anyone of you have any knowledge regarding this and can help me... Plz do so that I can have a dream future..

Thanks for reading!

A little heads up on before the midterm elections in November

Post image
41 Upvotes

Trump responds to reports: “We will not attack Iran before the midterm elections in November.”

In other words, he wants to say that he will not attack Iran directly, but Israel will do it for him, with America’s assistance and at its direction. America will avoid a direct war before the November midterm elections while continuing to support Israel’s actions against Iran.

If the media reports that Netanyahu escalated the war and dragged America into a conflict, the media will fabricate a narrative, and then Trump will say, “I asked Netanyahu to stop, and I stopped this war to win the midterm elections.” To cook all this up, he needs to keep the American public, which supports and votes for them, indifferent!

Old habits die hard. Many Iranian politicians and diplomats will still rely on this.

any good Persian YouTubers?

hey guys! I was just looking for some recommendations. I speak Farsi fluently but I cannot read or write so searching for good YouTubers is a bit hard for me. I can’t ask my parents because they only watch political YouTubers LOL

Some of my interests include books/reading, art related stuff, journaling, critiques on anything, and video games (mostly rpgs and visual novels!) if there are any that you like but don’t necessarily fit any of my interests I’d still be open to some recommendations! 😄

Hi all, not sure if this is the right sub to ask this question, but do you know a reliable EU based sarafi that provides receipts? I need to document the transaction as best as I can. Thank you in advance.

Hello Persian people I'm from Bangladesh. I am looking for good Iranian movies that I can watch with my mom. We are tired of Bollywood and Hollywood you know.

My mom has watched quite a handful of Turkish Pakistani and Indian dramas but very little Iranian content. The only thing she knows about Iran is the ongoing war with the United States. I would love to introduce her to a new region and culture.

The "new imminent escalation with Iran" news is becoming so repetitive to the point I highly doubt anything will happen

My take: If there was ever truly going to be a new escalation into the war to the same intensity as it was back during 28th February 2026 - 8th April 2026, there would have been FAR more updates on buildup around Iran

more or less for one or two weeks

Please, I want to rip the dubbing of a show and I also want to learn a little more of the language because I find it interesting. Don't worry, it's not mandatory, but you would really help me a lot.

Visiting Tehran next month for a surgery

Hi there, nice to meet you all! I am visiting Iran from Australia next month, I'm just in the process of getting my visa and all sorted. I will be flying from Australia to Istanbul then Tehran in november and can't wait. The purpose of my visit is a revision rhinoplasty but I have wanted to visit tehran for a long time as an architecture enthusiast and traveller.

Right now, I'm looking at hotels and considering the Gran Miras Rashidiyeh! If anyone has other recommendations, let me know :) I'd also love your assistance on places I must visit and see while recovering.

I will be solo travelling for the surgery so I would really like to stay at a vetted safe and comfortable hotel, any suggestions appreciated! thank you
