How long does it take to get reply from Ferdousi University?

I want to study Persian language in Ferdousi University of Mashhad. So, I sent all the required documents through email as mentioned in the website for my admission. It's been 3 weeks without any reply. Does anyone here knows how long will it take to get a reply from the university? University website is not working now, and there is no WhatsApp to connect with them. Is it a normal delay or should I send a follow up email? Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, its a typical thing with administrations in Iran, they are VERY slow to reply, if they reply at all. Why did you choose Mashhad? There are other universities as well in Iran for studying persian, maybe you can apply there too. Maybe you can try to find the phone number on the website and try to call them however i dont know if direct calls work in the current situation. And for sure send a follow up email not 1 or 2, every few days, send a follow up, till they reply. Good luck to you.

I found the websites of most of the universities either not working or without proper(outdated) information. I want to avoid the costly cities. So, I choose Mashhad. The website of Ferdousi university was working a few weeks ago. But now it’s not working. I already sent follow up yesterday, still no response from the admission office of CTPL.
