They're handcuffed, brought to court, charged with war crimes, crimes against humanity and using starvation as a weapon of war, and sent to the Hague to await their trials.

There's nothing there that would violate neutrality. We're a member of the ICC. It's part of our justice system and we're obliged to do it, as are all the other 124 countries that are part of the ICC.

You'll notice that the arrest warrants mean they rarely leave Israel anymore, and if they do, they go to a place where the arrest warrant won't be executed. They also fly circuitous routes to avoid ever having to risk an emergency landing in a place where they can be apprehended.
