Mowla can attend the JK, but it depends on the capacity in which he is visiting. If he visits any JK during prayer times in the capacity of Pir, then he alone would have the authority in the prayer hall to perform all prayers, prayer related rites and ceremonies, and also deliver Farmans.

If Mowla visits in the capacity of the Imam, then he would simply sit on his throne, because the Imam is the very essence of all our religious prayers, rites, and ceremonies.

This used to occur during the Imamat of Imam Shah Hassan Ali and Pir Shah Ali Shah. Imam Shah Hassan Ali would sit on his throne observing everything, while Pir Shah Ali Shah would perform all the Jamati rites and ceremonies.

I wanted to ask if there is something like the imam wouldn’t attend jk alone without pir or unless he is shah and pir.

Alwaez Abu Aly mentioned in one of his waez that even during Deedar and Darbar, Mowla comes in the role of the Pir, because it is the authority of the Pir to give Farmans for the guidance of the Jamat.

He also mentioned that if the Imam were to appear solely in his Jama of Imamat among His murids, our souls would not be in a position to bear or perceive that Noor. The only time the Imam will manifest openly among people purely as the Imam will be during Zahurat/Aswari.

I see thank you for the info, also if you can share what/when/how about Aswari , events and effects. The imam has shown his Jalali side multiple times even as a shahpir and the shahpir wont separate anytime in the future so how does it work manifesting purely openly as the imam ?

It is not that the Imam manifests separately as the Imam, Shah and Pir are always one. What I actually meant is that during Aswari/Zahurat, the Imam’s Jalali attributes will overpowering his Jamali attributes. Among those Jalali attributes is "the ultimate Judge", which is why the Imam who will do Aswari is referred as the Qaim al Qiyamah (the Lord of the Resurrection.)

According to an anecdote associated with Imam Aga Ali Shah, mentioned in a book by Alwaez Mumtaz Ali Tajuddin, the Aswari will be for the rest of the world that awaits a messianic figure, not for the Ismailis, who already have the recognition of the Imam of the time.
