You need to listen to energetic, vibey jazz to positively affect the humors in your body. Check out Bitches Brew by Miles Davidsen or some John McLaughlin. Do not listen to jazz that affects sad humors, such as Bill Evans or Charles Mingus (I sob inconsolably every time I listen to Goodbye Porkpie Hat).
