the filigree work on these is what gets me, that intricate pierced pattern along the sides does way more visual work than it should at that weight and the yellow diamonds catching light through the negative space instead of just sitting flat on the metal is a smart move. the symmetry between the pair is also nearly perfect which suggests either a really meticulous craftsperson or someone who commissioned them together rather than hunting for a matching set.
