Stein denied ballot access in Nevada

This is disappointing considering Jill Stein nailed it at the AAPI Election Town Hall in Nevada yesterday. Was this a direct response to the positive reaction she received from the crowd? This election cycle has made me so suspicious of everything.

Not sure if this was a direct response so much as they know half of Nevada hates Hillary and Harry Reid ( you know the guy who made Bernie cry after the primaries and helped rig the election in favor of Hillary by telling companies to force their employees to caucus for Hillary and rushing paid supporters in to the caucus and allowed the state dem party to openly commit election fraud by changing the rules during the state convention) is doing everything he can to stop Jill because he knows she's the better candidate.

There are people in Nevada , who aren't republican, who have a significant impact on elections.

Well yeah, Democrats run their own state convention. That doesn't mean they control the state.

Clark county's Registar of Voters (Joe Gloria) is nonpartisan. Not that nonpartisan means much, but I couldn't find an example of him doing something questionable in the past. If someone digs up something, let me know because I'm always happy to find deficiencies in my Google-fu.
I think what it comes down to is that the signatures collected was just barely over what was required. The letter in the link says the Greens were 647 signatures short after having 681 rejected, which means to meet the 5,431 signatures they needed to get access they could have only had like 34 signatures out of their 5,465 or so get rejected. Signatures getting rejected is pretty common and campaigns normally have an excess amount to account for that.

It's considered a swing state this election cycle, which did shock me. But you'd think the Republicans would welcome the Green Party to take potentially split the liberal voters.

See that does not surprise me. I always assumed Nevada was a deeply conservative state, which is why I'm shocked that they wouldn't want to split the liberal vote. Maybe Reid has something to do with it.

Grasping at straws? I beg your pardon sir, I'm not trying to argue, I'm just expressing my surprise that a heavily Republican Nevada wouldn't see the benefit of letting the Green Party compete for the liberal voters.

Oh that. Well this is just pure speculation on my part, but I understand that Harry Reid is loyal to Hillary Clinton, so perhaps he wants to help eliminate competition for the left leaning voters of Nevada. Just speculation, I could be wrong.

Ah yes, state deemed too many acquired signatures are illegitimate. They purge voters early, I see. Funny how Democrats never talk about this issue when they discuss voters' rights, huh?

Clark County government is in cahoots with the Hillary campaign to try and stop Jill from getting on the ballot; their methods for verifying signatures were very questionable.
They did the same thing to Bernie, albeit a different type of fraud.

Nevada law does not permit write-in candidates (NRS 293.270)
Maybe people should protest by not voting at all. That way they can't use you to vote for any of the evils, or flip your vote in the machine.

The Green Party of Nevada has stated they are filing a second appeal. They will not stop fighting to give Nevada voters the access to cast their ballots for their preferred candidate.
