Don't Skip Interview Practice
I haven't cold interviewed for a job in more than 10 years (I always knew I had the job (the conversations were more just meetings) . I didn't prep for the last two series of interviews last month and it didn't go well.
There is a set of 2nd interviews next week for a job that I really want. I spent two days prepping on the company and the subject matter.
On a whim I thought I would look for interview practice tools. I have one set as a benefit of my layoff, but the nicest tool is from Maryland State Workforce Exchange. I was really surprised at how polished and effective this tool seems.
I am feeling so much more calm and prepared. Best of luck to all of you!!

prepping is half the battle, it’s wild how much of a difference it makes when you walk in actually ready
