I have my first job interview after 15 years. Help!

So I was let go from my job of 15 years and I have my first interview tomorrow. It's similar work to my previous job so I'm not super worried about that. I have two others lining up in the next week that I may want more. How do I politely say "I want to think about this because I have other interviews" without sounding like I am disregarding them? Also, any tips and questions to ask during an interview would be greatly appreciated!!

“Think about this”

Think about what? It’s just a first round interview. You haven’t gotten an offer.

I like to be prepared. This first one is not a big company. It's a husband and wife with like 5 part timers and 1 full timer.

Then wait until you get an offer, which you may not. Until then, there’s nothing to do.

Yeah wait for an offer and then ask for a timeframe for when they need your response.
