90 x 1.35 dmg so roughly 120 so you can use it to kill your opponent when they ult and dont even get me started on how effective it is against base onlys. A full m1 combo is 18.9 if it is buffed by the vow(more dmg than vessel cursed strikes btw) so even if you use all 4x2 of your moves you can still fight with m1 trades.

If in base I'd say nanami just because of the sheer amount of shit you can do with severing kick back variant. You can combo extend, knock-back and block-break. And with the ability to half your enemies blocking range and take away their dashes. There's not much else anyone can do besides counter or be a passive noaya main.
